Ponies’ participation under this event will not have to present FEI passport and will not have to be registered as participating in an international event. Vaccination is required according to the rules of the nationality of the pony. The judgment in any circumstances and in any matters will be according to the FEI rules mentioned in the main Schedule for the international event.

The national categorization of SMALL PONIES is height below 140 cm in order to participate in this category at the Nordic Baltic Championship.

Number of individual home athletes: 4 per category

Number of athletes not part of a team: 2

Athletes are invited by the organiser through their National Federation.

3.  ENTRY DATES AND ENTRY FEES

Deadlines for Entries: 13.06.2024.

Definite Entries: 13.06.2024.

Last date for substitutions: 25.06.2024.

The Organiser will after definite entries send the invoice to the Federation, who have to pay the invoice before the show.

1.  NO-SHOWS/LATE WITHDRAWALS

NB: In the case of withdrawals or no-shows after the date of Definite Entries the athlete or the respective NF will be held liable to reimburse the OC for the actual financial loss incurred by the OC (i.e. stabling and hotel expenses) as a result of the late withdrawal or no-show.

Amount charged: EURO 350 per horse/pony.

2.  VETERINARY ASPECTS “A”

SMALL PONIES participating at the NBECH Championships is required to follow the individual NF’s rules regarding vaccination. The ponies must be accompanied by an official vaccination card, showing the day of vaccination as well as the treating vet. The vaccination card must be presented if required during the period of stay.
